At the very beginning we must understand your goals and direction you want the brand to go in. Once brand positioning is understood we move to step 2.
Next we will craft a flushed out marketing strategy for the next 3 months. Understanding what the upcoming drops are we will plan ahead to make sure everything is planned with purpose and intention. Once the plan is presented to you and approved we mover to step 3.
Set up Acquisition System
Now its time for the fun part. We will ask for all assets you have available so that we can script advertisements. More media may be needed depending on the marketing plan.
Once ads are scripted and produced we will verify pixel tracking is set up properly.
A social media plan will be created upon request that aligns with the marketing plan.
The omni presence plan will be presented for approval as well.
As the acquisition system is being set up, step 4 will be implemented.
Landing pages will be created according to the marketing plan. These landing pages will be optimized and crafted to directly reflect the reason someone clicked the link.
Abandon cart emails will be scripted and workflows created to convert the ones that aren't so easy to convince.
Next is step 5 which happens at the same time as step 3 and 4.
We will craft email/SMS copy to provide your customers with value outside of products. This will insure that when it's time to send a promotional email it will be opened.
We will also script ads that will solely target past purchasers as it gets closer to the start of the next buying cycle. This is so that the people who may opt out of SMS or email still will be targeted via paid advertisements.
Once all systems are set up it's time for step 6.
Monitor & Optimize
Finally it's time for launch. Set up time should last 1-2 weeks and then the acquisition system will be turned on.
Throughout the next 90 days we will monitor and optimize the systems according to the data we receive.
Making adjustments to the targeting, creatives, and other paid media necessities.
A/B testing landing pages to verify what is converting at the highest %.
